Important Information About Import VAT and Customs Duties

Products ordered on our website are often shipped directly by suppliers located outside France. Although we, as intermediaries, do not charge French VAT on these products, you may be liable for import VAT when they enter France.

2. Responsibility for Import VAT:

- If our supplier uses the DDP Incoterm, Delivered Duty Paid, they have covered import VAT and customs duties. There will therefore be no additional charges for you.

- If the DAP Incoterm, Delivered at Place, is used instead, you may be responsible for import VAT and customs duties when receiving the product.

3. Customs Duties:

In addition to import VAT, customs duties may apply depending on the products. These charges are generally payable by the recipient, you as the customer, when shipment is under the DAP Incoterm.

4. Transparency and Communication:

We aim to work with suppliers using the DDP Incoterm to minimize additional costs for customers. However, please consider this information when purchasing on our website. We undertake to provide clear information for each product if you contact us about that product, so you can be fully informed before completing your purchase.
